Please read this Return Policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

2. Return Eligibility

You can return a product if:

  • It is unused and in resalable condition.

  • It is returned within 3 days from the delivery date.

  • It is returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.

Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used toys or clothing

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or personalized products

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at kiddingmart@gmail.com

  • Include your Order ID and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund based on your preference and availability.

  • The Replace product will be delivered within 7 days.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support via email or phone.

  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  4. Ship it to the return address provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your account within 7 days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
